• You are required to provide a phone numbers (best option) or email address of the recipients. We will contact the recipient directly (from USA office) and then our Cebu Representative will contact him/her.

• The recipients and our representatives will make arrangement for the delivery.

• The recipients must provide 2 forms of identification and a snap picture with our representatives for proof of delivery.

• Delivery may take 2 days or more, depending on how far the recipients lives from the city. Make sure that the recipient know that we will contact him/her.

2.) How do you process my order?

• Online Order - will be process thru Paypal. It's safe to place order online because when you click the amount button, you will be forwarded to Paypal website. 
• Mail Order - Once we receive you order it will take 1-2 days before we process your order. (not counting the mail time)

  Note: We have a Representatives in Philippines (click here to see them) but we don't have office over there. Means that all accounting works are executed here in USA.

4.) Do I need to contact the Representatives?

• No need! Once you place order, we will give you the name of the Representative and give it to the recipients. This way the recipients will know who will be the one who contact them. All your questions  will be answered from our USA office. Click here to send e-mail.

5.) How do I know that the recipients claim the   certificate?

• We will present to you 2 prove:
  1. The sign certificate - we will email you a copy of the certificate sign by the recipients,
  2. We will take a picture of the recipients during his/her acceptance of merchandise or money.

6.) Do you accept order over the Phone?

• Yes, we do accept order over the phone, but we will charge additional $3 per order. Also, we only accept Visa and MasterCard. It will take 5 business before we process your order.

7.) Do you accept mail order?

• Yes, we do! Thru mail we only accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Order and it take 5 business day to process your order.

8.) Do you accept Credit Cards or Debit Cards?

• Yes we do! Online order accept all major Credit or Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Mail Order or Phone Order, we only accept Visa or MasterCard.

9.) How long will it take to claim the certificate?

• If you place order online, it will take 2 or more business days. Depending on how far the recipients lives from the city or how fast we make arrangement with the recipients.
• If you mail your order or place your order over the phone, it will take 5 or more business days.
