How to claim the money?

You are required to
provide a phone numbers (best option) or email address of the recipients. We will contact the recipient
directly (from USA office) and then our Cebu Representative will contact
him/her.

The recipients and our
representatives will make arrangement for the delivery.

The recipients must
provide 2 forms of identification and a snap picture with our
representatives for proof of delivery.

Delivery may take 2
days or more, depending on how far the recipients lives from the city.
Make sure that the recipient know that we will contact him/her.
Disclaimer:

We will only deliver
the money to the recipient (recipient information that you provide to us).
After the
recipient claiming the money,
we are not liable for any problem occur between you and the recipients.
Sorry, you can't cancel your order or open a disputes against us. We just
doing our job.
Cancellation:
-
You can cancel your
order within 24 hrs. and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your
order after 24 hrs. and the recipient is not claiming the money yet, we
will send you a refund excluding the SERVICE CHARGE.

Sorry, there's no
cancellation after the delivery. If the recipient got the money already,
there's no way that we can get the money back.
